If you are interested in scheduling a consultation with the attorney, please contact our office by telephone at 727-845-6174. Appointments are available in-person at either the New Port Richey or Palm Harbor locations. We also offer telephone consultations and video consultations if you are out of state or cannot travel to the office due to work or other obligations. *Please note that we do not give general legal advice over the phone or via email. The attorney will evaluate your case and answer questions during a scheduled consultation only. When you call the office to schedule an appointment, our staff will ask you basic questions about your case and the other party so we are best able to serve you. They will ask you if you are calling regarding a dissolution of marriage (divorce), paternity case, child support matter, or one of the other types of family law
cases described on this website. If you do not know what the legal terminology is for your type of case, don’t worry, our staff will ask questions to ensure that your situation is one that we handle. If not, we will do our best to point you in the direction of colleagues who handle other types of cases.
